Description:

Data Entry Clerks accurately and efficiently enter data from high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores. In addition, Clerks may be asked to complete other duties related to Admissions Office processes.

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Enter high school transcript information and other data into multiple computer systems;
  2. Other duties as assigned which may include:
    • Clean up existing data in multiple databases
    • Support recruitment efforts with mailings, email, phone, etc.
    • Process applications for admission
    • Provide superior service in person, phone, and email

  • Accurate data entry
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with special attention to detail
  • Dependability, reliability, and ability to focus on assignments
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a demanding, stressful environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, faculty, and community members in person, over the phone, and in written communication
  • Superior customer service skills
